Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all current members and all members in the sign up process: 

1. The purpose of this website is to receive feedback, opinions, and input about yourself, your friends, or people you know; not famous celebrities, famous models, or sports figures. If your picture is questionable, we will decline your submission unless you verify that the person in the picture you submitted is you. You can do this by writing the words "Honest Input" on a piece of paper, snapping a quick photo, and sending it to admin@honestinput.com
2. You understand that honestinput.com wants to keep the site user-friendly and non-offensive for our members.  Therefore, we reserve the right to decline submissions that contain pornography, or submissions that we feel are inappropriate for the site. 
3. We reserve the right to decline submissions that are irrelevant to the intended purpose of honestinput.com.
4. Once you submit pictures for review, we can only assume that you have legal right to do so and for that reason, you are solely responsible for any damages that may occur in such a situation.  Therefore, to be safe, make sure you have permission to post pictures that are not of yourself.
5. We reserve the right to decline submissions based on the nature of the question asked.  Basically, if your question is too offensive to us, then it will probably be offensive to our members and obviously we will not approve your submission.
6. We reserve the right to decline submissions that use offensive vulgar language.  Here at honestinput.com, we definitely want you to ask the type of questions that you’re interested in.  You can do so without the use of vulgar language.  Simply choose more appropriate words in your questions, cut out the curse words, and you shouldn’t have many problems.
7. No advertisements/spam
8. Everything on this site is property of HonestInput.com and its owners.  Use of any of this property is forbidden without written consent.
9. Use of racial or ethnic slurs in your answers will result in immediate deletion of your membership.
